Try chair yoga?

Are you curious about yoga and looking for something that suits all levels and bodies? I am now starting a chair yoga group, which is a gentle and accessible form of yoga where we use a chair as support.   It is perfect for those who want to improve:

  • Mobility and balance

  • Reduce stress and increase well-being

  • Train in a safe and welcoming environment

Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience or physical conditions.
